How to pick a reference photo.

    WELL-LIT WITH BRIGHT OR NATURAL LIGHTING

    Ensure that your photo is well-lit to show maximum detail. Natural light is best!

    While I have been able to work with lower quality images, the higher the quality the better. Original images versus screenshots work best.

    Because your painting will be a recreation of an exact reference photo, picking natural, non-angled photos will provide the best perspective.
